Summer's Here "hopefully"

As some have heard, we have had some fun with the west side sprinklers. We had a brake in the line that needed to be fixed. Then another brake. They have been repaired and now just need the asphalt fixed, which will be done soon. The sprinklers are now on. Thank you Steve(our handyman)you are great! It has been a blessing to have this rain, we have needed it.

All the coolers are on and have new piping so we don't have freezing up on the roof next winter. Let us know if you are having any issues with your coolers, we can get someone up there to fix it. Please do not get up on the roof without permission, we don't want anyone getting hurt.

We are making lists of things that need fixing or updating. If you have something please let us know. We will be setting up a date for the community to come out and help us do some repairs and cleaning. We will be painting the shutters on the east side to white, finishing painting the fences, cleaning up the yards, etc.

A reminder: If your dumpster is full, check the other ones. Do NOT put trash in the dumpsters if they are full. If you see people putting trash in the dumpsters that do not live here, take a picture or let us know who and we will talk to them. If you see new people move in or doing construction that are filling it up, remind them that they can use the other dumpsters or that they can take it to the dump for cheap.

Our places are looking good. Thank you all for taking care of your areas. There are a couple of places for sale and it helps get good people in here if our area look clean.

School is out!! So just be extra careful and watch out for the kids. As much as we remind them, they think they are indestructible.

Also, we will be losing one of our committee members in the next couple months. We will miss her a lot. Catherine has been a great member of this community and a great friend to many here. Good luck in your new place. (If there are any of you interested in having a place on the committee, please let us know.)
